Return Policy - Kart Bagration Valley

  1. Return Period

The review of the return request will begin once you provide us with the relevant photo or video evidence confirming the product's condition within 1-2 days of receipt. Please note that returns are possible within 14 days of purchase, but the request must be made and evidence submitted within the first 1-2 days of receiving the product.

  1. Return Conditions
    • The product must be undamaged and in the same condition as you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, all tags and labels must be intact and in their original state. Removing tags or using the item automatically voids the option for return or exchange.
    • The product must not be used or washed. Returned clothing must not show any signs of use or wear, including unpleasant odors, residues, or damage.
    • The company reserves the right to inspect returned products. If it is found that the product does not meet the return policy conditions, the return or exchange will not be processed, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
  2. Return Procedure
    • Please contact our customer service department via email or phone to notify us of your return request.
    • Provide your phone number and the reason for the return.
    • We will send you all the necessary instructions for the return.
    • Contact us if you received the wrong product due to our error.
  3. Refunds
    • A refund will be issued within 8-10 business days of receiving and confirming the returned product, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping costs for returns will be borne by you.
  4. Exchange Conditions
    • Exchanges are possible only if the product has not been used.
    • For exchanges, please contact us in advance to confirm the availability of the desired product.
  5. Defective Products
    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and take appropriate action.
